Ms. Nikolovski is an Associate Attorney at Awad & Khoury, specializing primarily in immigration law. She works closely with Mr. Khoury on a wide range of immigration matters, including work visas, family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, and naturalization applications. She also collaborates with Mr. Awad on estate planning matters.
As an immigrant herself, she combines strategic expertise with a compassionate approach, guiding clients through the complexities of immigration law with clarity and confidence. She earned her Master's Degree in Criminal Law and her Bachelor's Degree in Law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM), Faculty of Law – Jusinianus Primus, and completed her LL.M. at St. John's University in New York. She has been with Awad & Khoury since 2019, initially joining as a Paralegal before being admitted to the Connecticut and New York Bars and becoming an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Nikolovski is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In recognition of her professional achievements and community engagement, she was named to the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) “40 Under 40” list for 2025.
She is committed to giving back to the community through pro bono work alongside Mr. Khoury. She offers her legal expertise to organizations like the Center for Hope and Safety, where she helps victims of abuse and domestic violence with Special Immigration Petitions (VAWA), U-Visas, and other immigration-related matters. Her direct involvement with these vulnerable populations has deepened her understanding of the critical role immigration law plays in supporting individuals facing severe challenges. Additionally, she collaborates closely with the Women's Rights Information Center, a New Jersey-based nonprofit, assisting victims of domestic violence, with a particular focus on the immigration aspects of their cases, as well as Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, where she independently provides pro bono legal assistance to clients in need in humanitarian and immigration matters. Her work with these vulnerable populations has deepened her understanding of the critical role immigration law plays in supporting individuals facing severe challenges.
Ms. Nikolovski is fluent in English, Macedonian and Serbo-Croatian.
