be eligible for Employment Authorization if you:

Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012;

• Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;

• Have lived in the United States since June 15, 2007;

• Were out of status (illegally in the United States) as of June 15, 2012;

• Are currently in school, a high school graduate, have a GED, or served in the U.S. Armed Forces;

• Have not been convicted of a felony or a significant misdemeanor.
